Visa, either for study, dependant, employment or visit has been entirely subjected to the approval of the immigration department of each country. It is not hundred percentages guaranteed that any student can fly to their desired destination once an offer letter is received from the respective university or college. The student also has to meet the requirements of the immigration department of the respective country.
